The Southern Nevada Immunization and Health Coalition operate as a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization through HealthInsight as our fiscal agent.

HealthInsight is a private, non-profit community based organization with offices and local governance in Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah.
 HealthInsight is the Medicare Quality Improvement Organization (QIO); the Regional Extension Center (REC); and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) Chartered Value Exchange in this Region. HealthInsight also serves as the lead organization for IC3, a Utah Beacon Community.

SNIHC receives public and private funding from corporations, foundations, government and individuals.  Funds receive from Vaccine Manufacturers come only from approved grants and display fees.
